Outkast to Play Philly's Made in America Festival 2014?

For their 20th Anniversary of Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik, Outkast will reunite on the stage this year! According to their official Twitter site, the duo will perform over 40 festival dates, starting with Coachella in April. It also confirmed that they will play The Governer's Ball in NYC in June. While their other tour dates remain a mystery, we can safely make some educated guesses.

We're pretty sure Outkast will be performing (if not headlining) Jay-Z's Made in America Festival, taking place in Philadelphia on Labor Day Weekend. Why do we think this? During Beyonce's Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, she headlined Made in America (the following year was it's debut, in which Jay-Z headlined). Seems Jay-Z has a fancy for booking artists with the hottest, most sought after ticket in the country.

After being invited to cover Made in America both years, I think we have a pretty good handle on their general format. Outkast also has the fanpower to do Beyonce-festival-sold-out ticket numbers. What do you guys think?
